  • “Client” refers to business users or manufacturers who register on our platform to create QR codes or NFTs.
  • “User” refers to consumers who interact with our project by scanning QR codes or minting NFTs.
  • “Partner” refers to entities that promote our project and attract Clients, earning rewards for each scanned QR code.
  • “Services” refers to all services provided by IQTAG, including QR code generation, blockchain integration, and loyalty programs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, Clients, Users, and Partners must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

5. Use of Services

5.1. QR Code Generation and NFT Creation

  • Clients can create QR codes through our platform, which may be associated with specific products or services.
  • Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information uploaded to the blockchain.

5.2. Loyalty Program

  • Users may mint NFTs by scanning QR codes, which can be stored in their digital wallets provided through our mobile app.
  • Users may trade, sell, or transfer NFTs through our platform or third-party marketplaces, subject to the terms of such platforms.

5.3. Partner Program

  • Partners may earn rewards by referring Clients to our platform.
  • Rewards are calculated based on QR code scans and other criteria outlined in the Partner Program Agreement.

6. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to pay all fees associated with the services they use, as outlined in the pricing section of our website. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property on our platform are the property of IQTAG. Clients, Users, and Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or business purposes.

8. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IQTAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
